Peter Ton
A visionary developer
Peter Ton, a Dutch native has been permanently living in Thailand since 2014 after selling his IT company in the Netherlands. Starting out initially as an investor in a new luxury property development, Peter took soon the reigns and started his own luxury project called Baan Ing Phu, adjacent the Black Mountain Golf course.
Peter took the approach focussing on the high-end and offered large, mostly modern homes with a high price tag. Starting with 18,000 sqm of land, Peter continued to buy land and expand his development to where today he has built over 50 homes on 145,000 sqm of land.
The project received multiple awards from several organisations.

Aemon Ton
Architecture & Design
Aemon Ton, a young talented Thai national who studied architecture & design at Khon Kaen university. She graduated in 2016 and has worked for a Property developer and interior design company since her graduation.
Aemon joined Baan Rom Yen in 2019 and was responsible for the interior design of the Show Villa. She is now responsible for the overall design of the Villas at Baan Rom Yen.
Crucial for a successful project is the team who supports the ideas of the developer and who are able to realise the wishes & requirements of the clients.
Many of the Baan Rom Yen suppliers have been working with Peter for over a decade, so they understand the high standards we set.
Also for the developer it is important to understand the capabilities and limitations of suppliers.
It’s all about teamwork between the developer and the around 30 contractors, subcontractors and suppliers who make the succes.
Peter understands Thai culture and respects all involved people equally. They all play an important role in the process from concept design to hand-over of a turn-key project.
